hey you. katie + aaron here with a little background on K|ARPENTRY. 

in preparing for our wedding this past September {9.17.16} + being on a tight budget we searched high and low for the perfect tables. for some this may not be a big deal, but for us it was where everything was going to come together. family + friends sharing food, laughs, tears + most importantly memories. a table is the very foundation – we didn’t want it to steal the show, but instead to accent + bring everything else to life. in searching the market for the perfect fit we became discouraged by the price tags attached to these beauties.

in an effort to appease me, aaron willingly offered to build us our own farm tables with the design of my choosing. so a couple months before the big day we created, built + stained each table (crazy I know). it was a huge undertaking but the most gratifying experience to date. looking back at our wedding + reminiscing about all our favorite people sitting at our handiwork still makes our eyes a little watery.. okay maybe just mine. but still it was awesome.
